Affiliate software pricing runs from about $30 a month for entry SaaS plans to $1,500 a month and more for enterprise performance platforms, as of October 2026. Most vendors sell flat monthly tiers capped by clicks, conversions, tracking requests or affiliate revenue. Some add a percentage of partner-driven sales, one-time setup fees or minimum commitments, and most iGaming-focused suites are quote-only.
Below we compare 16 platforms using each vendor's own pricing page, explain the five pricing models you will run into, and list the costs that rarely appear on the pricing card. For a published reference point, our own MassPartner plans and limits sit in the same table as everyone else, not ranked above them.
How affiliate software is priced
Every vendor bills on some proxy for program size. The proxy matters more than the headline price, because it decides what happens to your bill when the program starts working.
Flat monthly tiers
The most common model is a fixed monthly fee per plan, with more features added as you move up. Tiers are usually gated by a usage limit (see below) plus feature gates such as API access, custom domains, team seats or white-labeling.
Annual billing usually lowers the effective monthly rate. Tapfiliate frames its annual plans as two months free, and Scaleo advertises savings of up to 15% for annual billing. Lower monthly rates almost always come with a longer lock-in.
Usage-based: clicks, conversions or tracking requests
Usage caps are where most bills grow. Vendors count different things, so the same program can sit in a starter tier with one vendor and an enterprise tier with another:
- Clicks and conversions: Tapfiliate's Launch plan includes 5,000 clicks and 500 conversions a month, with overage billed per 1,000.
- Tracking requests: Post Affiliate Pro includes 10,000 tracking requests a month on Starter and 1,000,000 on Pro.
- Conversions only: Scaleo's network plans start at 30,000 conversions a month with €20 per extra 1,000; Affise includes 7,000 conversions on its Beginner plan; TUNE includes 2,500 on its Scale plan.
A "tracking request" is not the same unit as a click. Depending on the vendor, impressions, postbacks, pixel fires and API calls can all consume quota, so ask for the exact definition before you compare.
Percentage of partner revenue
Some platforms take a share of the sales your partners drive. impact.com charges a 2.5% transaction fee on partner-driven transactions on top of its plan fee, and Refersion adds 3% of affiliate-driven sales on its Launch plan and 2% on Growth.
A related model is revenue-capped tiers. Rewardful and FirstPromoter price plans by monthly affiliate-attributed revenue and move you to the next tier when you pass the cap, without charging a percentage. Rewardful states a 0% transaction fee on every plan.
Percentage models are cheap when partner revenue is small and expensive when it is large. Model both ends before you sign.
Setup fees, onboarding and commitments
Enterprise platforms often charge for implementation. impact.com lists a one-time setup fee that depends on the technical resources your onboarding needs, TUNE lists onboarding as fee-based, and MyAffiliates describes a one-time setup fee plus a fixed monthly subscription. None of the three publishes the setup amount.
Commitments are the other lever. Everflow states a six-month commitment for its plans, and TUNE's Scale plan is quoted per month but paid annually.
Per-affiliate and per-brand limits
Few vendors charge per affiliate directly, but several cap affiliate counts by tier, which has the same effect: growth forces an upgrade. Tapfiliate's Launch plan allows 50 affiliates and FirstPromoter's Starter plan allows 1,000, while Post Affiliate Pro lists unlimited affiliates on every tier.
Multi-brand operators should also check per-brand pricing. Scaleo, for example, charges €500 a month for each additional brand on its operator plans.
Affiliate software price comparison table (as of October 2026)
Prices are the lowest published entry point in US dollars unless noted, taken from each vendor's pricing page in October 2026. "Quote-based / not published" means the vendor does not list a price publicly. Rows run roughly from self-serve to sales-led; the order is not a ranking.

A few notes on reading the numbers. Scaleo prices in euros. Trackdesk shows $299/mo next to a monthly/annual toggle that advertises two months saved on annual billing, so confirm the month-to-month rate. impact.com's figures are "from" prices, and TUNE, impact.com and Everflow add onboarding costs that are not published.
Everflow pricing
Everflow does not publish prices; its pricing page asks you to request a personalized quote. The FAQ states a six-month commitment, mentions a one-time onboarding service for new clients, and offers free data migration from other networks and platforms, including API-based migrations from TUNE, CAKE and HitPath. Budget for a sales cycle and get the onboarding cost in writing.
impact.com pricing
impact.com lists four plans as of October 2026: Starter from $30/month, Essentials from $500/month, Pro from $2,500/month and Enterprise by quote. A 2.5% fee applies to partner-driven transactions, charged only when a sale occurs, plus a one-time setup fee based on onboarding resources.
Essentials adds access to impact.com's partner marketplace (listed at 90,000 partners) and unlimited event tracking. Pro adds dedicated customer support and SAML. On Starter, if partners generate less than $30 in revenue in the first 30 days, impact.com charges that $30 minimum.
TUNE pricing
TUNE's Scale plan costs $1,500 per month paid annually and includes 2,500 conversions a month; the Custom plan is contract-based with 2,500+ conversions. Onboarding and partner payments are both listed as fee-based, and marketplace access carries additional network and processing fees. None of those add-on amounts are published.
Tapfiliate pricing
Tapfiliate's Launch plan costs $89/month ($74/month billed annually) for one program, 50 affiliates, 5,000 clicks and 500 conversions a month. Scale costs $179/month ($149/month annually) with unlimited affiliates and programs, 100,000 clicks and 10,000 conversions.
Overage runs $1.50 per 1,000 clicks and $15 per 1,000 conversions on Launch, dropping to $1 and $10 on Scale. Enterprise is custom-priced. Tapfiliate's FAQ states there are no setup fees.
Post Affiliate Pro pricing
Post Affiliate Pro sells four tiers, all with unlimited affiliates: Starter $89/month ($79 billed annually, 10,000 tracking requests), Pro $139 ($129, 1M requests), Ultimate $269 ($249, 6M requests) and Network $649 ($599, 20M requests). Extra requests cost $5 per 10,000 on Starter and fall to $0.20 per 10,000 on Network.
The pricing page offers a 30-day free trial and includes setup and integration help on every plan, capped at two hours on Starter. Starter is limited to one campaign and two years of tracking history; higher tiers are unlimited on both.
Rewardful, FirstPromoter and Refersion pricing
These three price around partner revenue rather than traffic. Rewardful charges $49/month (Starter, up to $7,500/month in affiliate-attributed revenue), $99/month (Growth, up to $15,000) and from $149/month (Enterprise, tiered by usage), with annual plans at ten times the monthly rate.
FirstPromoter uses the same structure at $49, $99 and $149 a month, with caps of $5,000 and $15,000 in monthly affiliate revenue on the first two tiers. When you pass a cap, your account moves to the next tier so tracking continues.
Refersion takes the opposite route: low plan fees plus a share of sales. Launch is $39/month ($29 billed annually) plus 3% of affiliate-driven sales, Growth is $199/month ($159 annually) plus 2%, and Scale is a flat subscription quoted by sales for brands above $1 million in annual GMV. A free marketplace listing is available, but reviewing affiliates, tracking and payouts require a paid plan.
Scaleo, Affise and Trackdesk pricing
These platforms target networks and higher-volume programs. Scaleo lists network plans at €600/month (30,000 conversions), €800/month (40,000) and from €1,200/month (80,000+), and operator plans at €1,600/month (Scale) and from €2,400/month (Custom), with a 14-day trial and no credit card required.
Affise shows two prices per plan, depending on commitment terms: Beginner at $499–$625/month with 7,000 conversions, up to Custom at $1,999–$2,499/month. Trackdesk lists Business at $299/month and Enterprise at $499/month with uncapped clicks, conversions and affiliates, and Enterprise PLUS from $1,199/month; it notes that volumes above 20M clicks a month may require a private server.
PartnerStack and other quote-only platforms
PartnerStack lists three plans (Launch, Growth, Enterprise) without prices and confirms the final plan and price during a demo. All plans include guided onboarding, with no cap on partners or internal users; Launch includes either affiliate link tracking or lead and deal registration, while Enterprise includes both. Cellxpert, Affilka and MyAffiliates are also quote-based, as were the other iGaming specialists we checked.
Hidden costs checklist
Use this list against every quote. Items are drawn from the vendor pages above; the examples show the pattern, not every vendor that has it.
- Overage rates. Find out what happens after the cap: billed overage (Tapfiliate, Post Affiliate Pro, Scaleo), an automatic tier upgrade (Rewardful, FirstPromoter), or a sales conversation.
- Percentage fees. Transaction or revenue fees (impact.com 2.5%, Refersion 2–3%) scale with your success. Model them at your 12-month revenue target, not today's.
- Payout processing. Rewardful's optional Managed Payouts carry a 3% processing fee, and TUNE lists partner payments as fee-based. Payment providers charge their own fees on top.
- Setup and onboarding. One-time fees appear at impact.com, TUNE and MyAffiliates. Amounts are rarely published, so ask for them on the order form.
- Minimum commitments. Everflow states six months; TUNE's Scale plan is paid annually. Check notice periods and auto-renewal terms too.
- Add-ons and gated features. Extra brands (€500/month each on Scaleo operator plans), extra tracking domains (+€100/month per five on Scaleo), team seats (one on Tapfiliate Launch), white-labeling and API access often sit in higher tiers.
- Currency. Scaleo prices in euros while most vendors price in US dollars. Exchange-rate moves change a multi-year total.
- Implementation time. Server-to-server postbacks (S2S tracking) need developer time, and a white-label affiliate portal needs design and DNS work, whichever vendor you pick.
- Fraud leakage. A platform without click-level fraud checks moves the cost from the invoice to your commission bill. Our guide to affiliate fraud detection covers what to screen, and a fraud score is the usual way platforms summarize the risk.
- Migration and exit. Ask whether full data exports are included, in what format, and whether old tracking links can keep redirecting after you leave.
What you should expect to pay by program size (illustrative)
The ranges below are illustrative, built from the published entry prices in the table. They exclude percentage fees, payout fees and setup costs, and your volume may map differently to each vendor's caps.
| Program stage | Example profile | Published tiers that fit | Illustrative software cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Launch | Under 50 affiliates, under 5,000 clicks/mo, under $5,000/mo in affiliate revenue | Rewardful Starter, FirstPromoter Starter, Refersion Launch, Tapfiliate Launch | About $40–$100/mo, plus any % fee |
| Growth | 100–1,000 affiliates, 100K–1M tracking events/mo | Tapfiliate Scale, Post Affiliate Pro Pro, Rewardful Growth | About $100–$300/mo |
| Scale / network | Millions of clicks, 7K–80K conversions/mo | Trackdesk, Affise, Scaleo, Post Affiliate Pro Ultimate or Network | About $300–$1,600/mo (Scaleo in EUR) |
| Enterprise / regulated | Multiple brands, custom commission logic, compliance requirements | Everflow, TUNE, impact.com Pro, PartnerStack, Cellxpert, Affilka, MyAffiliates | $1,500+/mo or quote-based, plus setup |
Example 1: percentage fees vs. revenue-capped tiers
Example: a brand whose affiliates drive $20,000 in sales a month, using list prices as of October 2026.
- Refersion Launch: $39 + (3% × $20,000) = $639/month
- impact.com Starter: $30 + (2.5% × $20,000) = $530/month (the plan fee is a "from" price)
- Rewardful: $20,000 is above the Growth cap of $15,000, so the Enterprise tier from $149/month applies
- FirstPromoter: affiliate revenue above $15,000/month falls into Enterprise at $149/month
At $1,000 a month in affiliate sales, the same Refersion plan costs $69. Percentage models favor small programs; flat or revenue-capped tiers favor larger ones.
Example 2: usage caps
Example: a program with 400,000 clicks and 2,000 conversions a month.
- Tapfiliate Scale: $179 + (300 × $1 for clicks above 100,000) = $479/month
- Post Affiliate Pro Pro: $139/month, provided total tracking requests stay under 1,000,000
- MassPartner Professional: $149/month for up to 1M tracking requests, with unlimited affiliates and campaigns
How each vendor counts a request varies, so ask for the definition and check the usage report at the end of your trial.
How to choose affiliate software on price
- Measure your volume in each vendor's unit. Pull last quarter's clicks, conversions, impressions and affiliate-driven revenue, then map them to each vendor's caps.
- Project 12 months, not one. Run the bill at today's volume, at 2x and at 5x. Percentage fees and overage rates decide which plan stays cheapest as you grow.
- Confirm commission-model support. If you pay CPA, RevShare or hybrid deals, check that the platform calculates them natively. Our CPA vs RevShare vs Hybrid guide explains the trade-offs.
- Check the tracking method. Cookie-based tracking is quicker to set up; S2S postbacks hold up better against browser restrictions. Make sure the tier you can afford includes the method you need.
- Price the full contract. Add setup fees, commitments, add-ons and payout fees to the license fee, then compare totals.
- Check fit for your vertical. Regulated verticals need features generic tools may not have. Casino and sportsbook operators should read our iGaming affiliate software buyer's guide before shortlisting.
- Trial with real traffic. Use the free trial to send live clicks and fire test postbacks, not just to click through the dashboard.
