Binom + MassPartner: Send Affiliate Conversions to Binom

To integrate Binom with MassPartner, add MassPartner as an affiliate network in Binom, append sub1={clickid} to your MassPartner tracking link in the Binom offer, and create a MassPartner callback that calls click.php on your Binom domain with cnv_id={$sub1}, payout={$commission} and cnv_status={$status}. Binom then records each conversion on the original click with your commission.

How the Binom integration works#

Binom and MassPartner each issue their own click ID. Binom's ID, inserted with the {clickid} token, is the one tied to your costs. You pass it to MassPartner in the sub1 sub ID, MassPartner stores it with the click and the conversion, and the callback returns it in cnv_id with {$sub1}.

Binom's click.php handles both clicks and conversions, so the postback goes to the same domain as your campaigns (Binom postback docs). MassPartner's own {$clickid} means nothing to Binom; never send it as cnv_id.

Set up the Binom integration in four steps#

Step 1: Add MassPartner as an affiliate network in Binom#

1. Open the Aff. Networks tab and click Create. Load from catalog offers preset templates, but a custom network is all you need here.
2. Enter "MassPartner" as the Name.
3. Paste your finished callback URL from step 3 into Postback URL. Binom shows it whenever you create an offer for this network.
4. Under Status-payout relation, add one pair per MassPartner status: approved → {payout}, and pending, rejected and refunded → 0. Binom uses {payout} for the payout sent in the postback.
5. Leave Postback IP whitelist empty unless you have the sender's IP addresses.

These fields are described in Binom's guide to affiliate networks. Binom warns not to use statuses that are already part of an active status scheme; the e-commerce and subscription schemes can't be combined with status payouts (Binom status schemes).

Step 2: Build the offer URL with Binom's click ID in sub1#

Create an offer, select MassPartner as the affiliate network and paste your MassPartner tracking link. It already contains a query string, so append the click ID with &:

Binom's docs use the same &sub1={clickid} example. MassPartner keeps sub values up to 255 characters and shows them in your click and conversion reports. Keep sub1 for the click ID on every offer, as explained in our guide to sub ID tracking.

Decide on Upsell now. With Upsell ticked, Binom adds up the payouts of several postbacks for the same click ID; without it, the last payout replaces the earlier one.

Step 3: Create the MassPartner callback with your Binom postback URL#

In the MassPartner dashboard, open Callbacks, click Add callback, choose GET and paste:

payout takes your commission rather than {$saleamount}, and cnv_currency sets the payout currency. cnv_status accepts any value, so MassPartner's pending, approved, rejected and refunded arrive unchanged and match the status-payout pairs from step 1. cnv_status2 adds the trigger, such as conversion_approved or first_sale. The callback docs list every placeholder.

Choose the event checkboxes to match the offer's payout model:

On Upsell offers, payouts add up instead of replacing each other, so a refund postback can't remove revenue already counted. Keep those offers on approved sales and review refunds in your MassPartner reports.

Step 4: Test with Send test and a real click#

1. Click Send test next to the callback. MassPartner sends sample values (test_sub1 as the sub ID, an approved 10.00 USD commission) and shows the delivery result, HTTP code and exact URL. Binom can't match test_sub1 to a click, but the test proves your domain answers and the placeholders are filled.
2. Open your Binom campaign URL once and confirm, in MassPartner's click report, that Binom's click ID sits in sub1.
3. Complete a real conversion, or ask the brand to approve a test one. Binom shows statuses in the Leads report, the Conversions section and the Clicklog tab.
